Shipping and returns

ORDERS:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are considered completed as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it is not possible for any reason to make the payment, send us an email to contact@beautybible.pt.

You will receive another email later confirming the dispatch of your order, which will also indicate the tracking number.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES:

- Portugal (Mainland and Islands): 2 to 5 business days

- European Union: 5 to 7 business days

- Rest of the World: 7 to 10 business days

The order will be sent to the indicated address.

If delivery is not achieved by our partners, a new attempt will be made. If returned, re-shipping costs will be supported by the customer.

*Beauty Bible will not be responsible for any customs fees and delivery delays depending on the destination country.

Hand Pickup (Lisbon): After completing your order, it will be prepared and you will receive an email notification when it is ready to be picked up. Opening hours for order pickups are from 9am to 7pm and are the address is Rua Barata Salgueiro 37, 1250-042 Lisboa.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs will be automatically added to the total cost of the order. Before finalizing the order, you will be able to view the total to be paid, including shipping costs and VAT. Orders to Portugal over €35 are eligible for free shipping.

The shipping fee has the following costs:

- Portugal (Mainland and Islands): €2.95

- European Union: €5

- Rest of the World: €12


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to exchange or return your products, please contact us via email: contact@beautybible.pt, indicating your order number, which item you wish to exchange/return and the reason for this. Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted within a period of 15 days from the date of payment. For returns or exchanges, products must be sealed as they were sent, without having been used, unless there is a problem with them.

Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except for errors or damaged products on the part of Beauty Bible.
